| Plant Mechanic - Hexham - 08/06/2010 - $30 - $39 per hour |
|
Pathways is currently seeking a Plant Mechanic for our client based in Hexham. This is a permanent position and would be starting ASAP.
As the successful applicant you will be required to perform effective repairs and maintenance on a wide range of machinery including Liebherr, Hitachi and Caterpillar, to meet the clients production needs.
To be considered for this great opportunity you must be able to demonstrate and possess the following essential attributes:

Plant Mechanic trade certificate
Ability to diagnose faults with a range of mobile equipment at all levels
Proactive approach to preventable maintenance with the ability to take ownership of breakdown and maintenance issues
Ability to work effectively in a team
Initiative and commitment to achieve team goals and deadlines
Attention to detail
Communication and interpersonal skills
Whilst not essential, WorkCover tickets such as Forklift Ticket will be highly regarded.
