Our client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts & Administration Officer to join their team based in Newcastle. • Local Based

This is a permanent role, and as the Accounts & Administration Officer you will be responsible for invoicing, freight, BAS preparation, payroll for a small team of employees, payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG, and providing administrative support to the team.
As the Accounts & Administration Officer, you must possess the following attributes;
• Can demonstrate initiative
• Self starter
• Knowledge of OH&S
• Multi-skilled office all-rounder
To be successful for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following key skills;
• Proficiency in MYOB
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
• Accounts receivable and payable experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role
