Our client is currently seeking to appoint an operator to be involved in the manufacture and packaging of dairy products.
This position is a day work position, working Monday to Friday.
Within this role you will be multi-skilled, working in various areas involved in the production process of dairy products. Duties will include operating the forklift, machine operation, attending to breakdowns, cleaning machines, and following hygiene and food safety procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will must be able to demonstrate the following key skills and attributes;
• Possess a mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Flexible approach to job function
• Able to follow written instructions
• Previous experience in the food or wine industry would be advantageous
• Forklift ticket is essential
